    Well, the manager told me I had nobody to call and complain to - rudely, so I figured I'd let everyone know instead. I bring 60+ packages a week to this place, and up til 2 weeks ago, I paid their $1 *** fee that NO OTHER ********** charges. A week and a half ago, a really nice employee there told me since I came in all the time, I didn't have to pay the $1 fees for the packages (I had 3 that day). I was floored. Good to help customers who bring in a lot of work. Today I brought another 35 to the store, and the manager not only told me I had to pay but made me take 4 packages out into the rain because I hadn't brought cash. She then snapped at me and mentioned ONE time she held the door for me. I don't care if she put rose petals down, making me take sold goods back out into a rain shower for the sake of $4 AFTER her employee was gracious to me is rude and unacceptable. I will be going to the Qwik ship down the road @ *************************************************. The manager there is friendly, courteous, doesn't charge the $1 fee, and runs a store that is always open on time (unlike this one's 5 times late or not open at all). Not recommended.
