    Nothing but top tier service from all departments. VG customer service and documents are very clear as to what they provide and their compensation for services. ** will provide counseling and guidence every step of the way. Pay attention to what they tell you and take notes and ask any questions you are unsure about. I went from 30% doing it on my own. ** got me to 80%, then to 100%.
