      Last monday 8:30am I left a message for the nurse, 3 days later I hadnt heard anything and due to them saying no duplicate messages I had no other choice but to message provider in the portal. Next day I heard from someone, I was asked to clarify something and I got back within the same day. It has now been 4 business days and *** yet to have an solution to my issue so a total of 7 business days Ive been waiting. I had surgery 1/8 and recovery has been pure h*** Im asking for help from them and its just not right to make someone who is in excruciating pain and cant do much of anything to wait this long, its completely unacceptable. I feel like they just took my money from the surgery and are moving along. The lack of care and compassion is just sickening. Prior to surgery I had wrote a message and it took them 2 weeks to respond, 2 weeks! One more thing, the wait times.. it really iss out of control. Waiting 30mintes to an hour to even be called in the back then waiting ***** minutes in the room for the ***

      The quality of care and professional knowledge of Pinehurst Surgical Clinic, more specially *************************, is in question. My wife was diagnosed with tendinitis in her rotator cuff, re-diagnosed to frozen shoulder, and then re-diagnosed back to tendinitis. She received a shot that only raised her glucose levels with no effect on the pain. She was then told she needed another shot in a different location. The pain has been ongoing for over 1 year now and this establishment refuses surgery to correct the problem even though the therapists at ******** Health Rehabilitation stopped therapy and stated she needed surgery. She had the same problem with her other shoulder a few years ago and ****** Army Medical Center took care of the problem with surgery. Why cant Pinehurst Surgical Clinic do the same? I would not recommend Pinehurst Surgical Clinic if you have any problems with your rotator cuff. They seem inexperienced and lacking proper knowledge. Or is it they try to get every cent they can from your insurance company before actually correcting the problem? This establishment should be looked into by HHS, ACHC, ***************** etc.

      I had a visit with a Arm and Hand doctor, after waiting for 40 minutes I was totally disgusted of their lack of concern. After the long wait I was put in a room for another 20 minutes and this is what the nurse told me how long I would wait. I had given her a disk with my MRI information and paperwork from First Health. The doctor came and we talked and decided that I needed a shot in my hand and shoulder. I thought they would give me one of those robes to put over me but instead I had to lift of my shirt for the shoulder shot, I was really surprise. I was somewhat surprise how the shot was given and the nurse not being present, I was left with my arm shot bleeding and shoulder, she finally came in and put a bandage on. I left my disk and paperwork for them to look over and download the disk. After calling to get mt disk back they said they did not know where it was at, I have continued to call to ask for my disk and paperwork but I do not get answers, The head of the department called but she was not nice, like it was my fault, because they do things that are not together and just ignore you as a patience. They had made me a follow up appointment but I canceled it, I was not please with the long wait and how the doctor administered the shot it was very sloppy, the hold appointment. The worst place ever. Wait time is extremely terrible, I ran into that situation twice the first time I just left that appointment But to lose someone disk and paperwork makes you just wonder.

      No words can truly describe Pinehurst Surgical's lack of concern for putting a patient's health first. I was referred to an ENT doctor at Pinehurst Surgical because of a swollen lymph node that my family doctor at Pinehurst Medical requested be biopsied. Previously, First Health's **************************** did not perform the biopsy even after it was scheduled, I arrived, and made requested payment of 1/3 in advance. Instead, I was referred back to a dermatologist. To my surprise, neither one of four local dermatologists would perform the biopsy because it involves a lymph node. Instead, all four dermatologists referred me to an ENT doctor at Pinehurst Surgical. After waiting nearly 2-months for an appointment, completing the "new patient" paperwork in advance, personally delivering copies of the two ultrasounds already performed, and then arriving 20-minutes early on the day of my appointment on 9-27-23, I was turned-away because Pinehurst Surgical did not notify me of their internal payment policy. Since I do not carry my HSA card in my wallet, I was told that a doctor at Pinehurst Surgical would not see me because $130 of my $5,000 medical deductible was not met. Since I did not have my HSA card with me to make an immediate payment of $130, Pinehurst Surgical turned me away. May I remind you that there was zero communication from Pinehurst Surgical about this policy in advance of my appointment. Nothing in my new customer packet sent to my home and nothing in the texts sent to my phone to confirm my appointment. Pinehurst Surgical clearly puts a "money first" policy ahead of all patients, every time, all the time without exceptions. I can only hope that someday, their leadership and CEOs experience the same. If this wasn't already sad enough, a manager, whom I complained to afterwards, attempted to blame this issue on a doctor shortage rather than on their own internal "money first" policy and poor communication procedure.

      The scheduling staff at Pinehurst Surgical Clinic Orthopedics are very rude. *** been transferred to ******** since the beginning of last week and left two voicemails no response back. *** addressed to the scheduling staff she isnt returning my calls and was told to leave another voicemail. Instead of having me keep leaving voicemails how about finding an alternative solution instead of having me wait for a phone call back? If ******** was out of the office last week I would think you guys would have someone to cover down during her absence. Its just so unprofessional to keep being transferred to a voice message with no sense of urgency from the front end scheduling staff to ******** to schedule appointment.
