    my builder used them and I didn't even know I had termite protection until I asked my exterminator. He told me you couldn't buy a home in ** with a mortgage and not have. I called builder and they told me the name of company and I called ********. They told me my contract expired because I never responded to their email asking if I wanted yearly follow up or whatever they do. I said I never got an email, I asked why didn't you call me or send me a letter. I said I never received an email and I did a search and nothing. I asked them to send me proof of their email but they didn't have it. They claim in 2 years they have had numerous employees who could have sent but they couldn't provide proof. That is not acceptable to claim ignorance. They never sent a letter, call or email so they are exempt from their service? Says a lot about company.
