    In Oct. I hired Clint Miller Exterminating. I went to their office with my daughter and talked to the ladies in the front office. I showed them her arms with red blotches that looked like something had bitten her. They said it looked like flea bites, and then said "bed bugs". I told them immediately that she had not been on any trips or hardly anywhere except doctors and grocery stores. They explained how easy it was to pick up a bug in her purse and bring it home. They said she could have gotten it in a drs office because they had exterminated drs offices before for bed bugs. She made me an appt for them to come out and check. The next wk ***** came to check and when he turned the mattress over he said "there is one" and "juvenile". It only looked like a tiny brown spider to me, but I had never seen a bed bug before. He said he would figure everything up and send me an email the quote I received the next day was $849.68. I went back to the office and they informed me it had to be paid in full before they would come out. *** always been told to never pay in full until the job was finished, but I was so upset I just wanted them to get started and get rid of the bugs. We were given instructions to take all my daughter's clothes out of the room, wash and dry and put in plastic bags. We took everything off the bed, wash and dried and vacuumed everything and under bed. Next day ****** came out and we had to take our 2 dogs and leave for 3 hours. Later ****** told us he didnt see any bugs or any evidence at all. ******, the office manager came out with ****** and they didnt see anything either. While they were there another tech who had worked there a long time,came and said he didnt see anything. I talked to ****** and told her $1,000 was alot to pay when we didnt have them in the first place. She agreed and talked like she would try to get something done. I waited about a week and never heard from her so i called her She then told me there was nothing she could do.
