    I had to select 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. My plumber, FatMan Pro, brought Divine Restoration in to verify and mitigate water damage due to a cracked shower pan. Mitigation work was fine, tear out was fine (once you remind the highly inexperienced highschoolers to put plastic and drop cloths down before cutting into sheet rock). But reconstruction is where things went off the rails. Ill spare you the 3 month overview and them eventually being fired from the job. The short version is: they improperly installed the new shower drain which resulted in 2 shower tear outs and additional water /property damage and just say: highly inexperienced, lack professionalism and craftsmanship to get the job done, poor communication and management as they subcontracted the work out with no supervision. Incorrect materials were used and installed just an overall horrible experience. Here are some photos of the results which have all now been torn out and replaced at my own expense (money and time).

    **** was very courteous and quick to respond on short notice. He was also very thorough and informative aboutnwhat he was doing and even communicated with my insurance adjuster for me so I didn't have stress it or be the middle line of communication.
