      Very rude manager on Sunday, June 30, 2024. I often come during the week to dine in and relax on my phone and usually am treated respectfully by the young woman on the staff. Unfortunately, I believe that my fiance and I were treated disrespectfully by today's manager because she does not like white people. When I arrived at the store, she approached me and told me that I couldn't stay there without ordering anything. I found this preemptively hostile and unnecessary. I assured her that I was a paying customer.I ordered fries, which were served soggy and cold on one side. When my fiance arrived to get his bag, which I was watching for him (it was pouring rain outside), they told me that we had to leave because "y'all aren't even dressed" (my fiance had taken his shirt off temporarily that it would not get soaked outside in a torrential downpour) and "you haven't ordered anything for awhile, Ma'am."For about two months, the women's bathroom at this location did not replace their hand soap so I was forced to use the men's bathroom if I hoped to wash my hands after using the restroom.Additionally, I have applied for a job at this location multiple times. It says "We're hiring" on the doors and windows. Every time I apply on apps like Indeed or Seasoned, I make it to the interview process. Unfortunately, someone at this location must be nixing my application, because every time I follow up or ask them about it, I'm told that they are not hiring. This has happened at least twice. Several months prior, their hiring manager was a black woman who came to the front register area with glassy eyes, and stinking of marijuana.My take away from these instances is that they simply don't like hiring, or serving, white people at this ********* location. It is discrimination, pure and simple. There are no white people on their staff.

      The customer was emailed on 7/18/2024 for a response to her complaint. The customer did not leave a phone number and did not respond the email. There are several franchisees in the area and we are not sure this was even one of our stores. We would be happy to speak with the customer if she would respond. Thank you.
