"When I went to purchase tickets for an event, I looked at the seating chart and specifically picked an end seat because I am disabled whenI arrived at the event I was told by one of the ushers that my seat was in the middle of the row, I showed them seating chart And my ticket number is corresponding to the end seat and they said that was incorrect and said that I could go talk to the ticket when I went and spoke to them, they told me the show was sold out, and there was nothing they could do for me so I had to stand, which is also difficult for my disability when I got home I contacted ETIX telling them the situation and asking for a partial refund since I did get to see the show but did not get to enjoy it and be comfortable in the seat that I was supposed to get they said they did nothing wrong and per contract." ...
