Date of transaction: On 4/8/2022, I purchased a home from the builder, Trade Bridge LLC for the
    amount paid: $415,000

What was committed: After many delays from the builder on various elements of home completion that required me to purchase a mortgage extension, the builder and I agreed to close, pending a punch list of open items, some required to pass code. These commitments are IN WRITING from the builder. Also committed in our contract (New Construction Addendum), was warranty service on various elements of the home.

Nature of dispute: Builder feels she has gone over-and-above and is refusing to address select punch list items (see attachments). This is purely emotional, where the facts are that she and her agent committed to completing these items – and did so in writing. This is in addition to HVAC warranty work that has yet to be reimbursed under her home warranty and the New Construction Addendum. I am seeking $672.64 reimbursement for the remaining open punch list items I paid out of pocket to complete and repair and $168.92 for the HVAC warranty issue, for a total of $841.56. These are highlighted on the Builder provided list and other attachments.

Has business tried to resolve? No.
