    If I could give zero Stars I definitely would we rented these people after meeting them in person and explain that my son would have a sweet 16 and exactly what we were looking for, the owner assured me that they would handle everything professionally and that they rent to quinceaneras every week.....However upon the pickup time which was 1:00 p.m. the driver was nowhere to be found he finally showed up at 1: 43pm,... The limo was old and dirty and not properly taken care of, there was rust and dirt on the champagne cups, water mildew marks on the ceiling as well as the carpet, no radio worked for the children,... And on top of that he ended up going the wrong direction into another city which was an hour away from the address he was supposed to go to where he had a blown out tire. The other mothers had to go end up picking up our ****************************************************** ********* where he was supposed to be,he was in ******************************** he was directed to take the kids to a photo shoot and then to Zaxby's to eat, and to show up to the sweet 16 party at 4:30pm.He had the proper addresses to go to there should have been no reason for this nonsense ruining my son's birthday.On top of that the owner promised a full refund which he never completed.
