Started out as promising but ended up being lots of money thrown down the drain. First thing - be careful what you sign. I did not look carefully and ended up stuck in a one year contract I could not break. Second - this was an issue with mice. They left bait boxes and a machine that was supposed to sense mouse activity. But every time I saw a mouse I had to call Killingsworth and ask which sensor indicated movement. Not once in 11 months did they call me and say that activity had registered and ask whether I had seen any mice. And I had to ask for someone to come out. For $65. monthly one would think that I would see a service person at least once every two months. They included spraying in the contract but I only had someone come out 2 times in 11 months. The final blow was having a ******************** person tell me that mice are impossible to get rid of and they never claim they can eradict a mouse problem. If they had told me that in the beginning I wouldn't have gone with them. What they did I could have / and have done myself.

We have been using ******/Killingsworth Pest Control for almost 3 years now. The service has always been excellent. The technicians have always been courteous and professional. Today we were serviced by *********************. He was the best technician we had since we started the service. **** was very thorough, courteous and very professional. He even took the time to answered a few questions I had about outdoor electric pest control products we purchased for our patio. I hope I can request him for future service.Killingsworth Environmental

Recently I contacted Killingsworth environmental regarding a problem I was experiencing with ant intrusion. After establishing an appointment, ********************* arrived and began investigating where the ants were originating from. He was very diligent and effective in locating and treating several nests that contributed to the symptoms I had experienced. Upon completion of his activities, he scheduled a followup appointment to ensure the problem was resolved. He arrived two weeks later and thoroughly investigated my natural areas and stacked flagstone to locate and eradicate several contributing ant nestings. ******'s persistence and attention to detail are commendable and exceeded my expectations. No other technician with any previous pest control company I have contracted has performed as comprehensive a survey and worked so diligently to resolve my pest issues.Killingsworth Environmental

I help manage a multifamily property in ********* and ************************* is the main tech who services our property. Were a new property in a unique environment with LOTS of wildlife, and ******** insight has been paramount to keeping our community free from pests while still helping ** to enjoy the natural habitats around **. Shes super knowledgeable about how to best protect our property and keep the delicate balance of also helping ** remain financially and environmentally conscious.
