******* ****** did an excellent job of communicating what he was going to cover during his service appointment. He was thorough and covered every aspect that was requested and then some. We have been Killingsworth customers for over 30 years. We’ve never had any pest control problem and continue to enjoy their service. Jonathan Moose, our technician,is very personable, reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable in all our Pest Control needs. Jonathan Moose provided an external Tri-Annual Pest Control w/Termite service on January 28, 2025. I was very pleased with the results but mostly by the professional, efficient and personable manner in which Jonathan performed his tasks. He was very clear in explaining many aspects of the service and answered all my questions in a straightforward and easy to understand and friendly way. He certainly made me feel he cared.
