The complainant reached out to Accelerant Research about being paid his incentives for a survey he took and his friend he had referred. We responded to complainant on Thursday May 2 in the morning. We told the complainant that in order to receive the incentive he needed to have either been selected for an interview or completed the survey. Out of the numerous project numbers he had been paid for one which was already sent to him. As for payment for the referral of his friend we let him know that referral of friend does not receive money, but they receive an extra entry to our Quarterly sweepstakes. We do not owe him any money and hope this rectifies the situation.

Steer clear of anything from this company . They like to sign you up & send long surveys to you via email , with offers of $2-$5 to complete and receive funds via PayPal in 14 days . You complete them with confirmation and many times simply dont get paid. It almost makes you feel cheap to pursue it with them via email inquiry , and you get the feeling theyre put off by having to deal with it. Once, I emailed and they were like well , its only $2 I guess then sent it . This last one I sent them the project ID and a screen shot of the last page proving completion, and they never even emailed be back after requesting the project ID. Just a waste of time .For them , theyre getting something out of it , or they wouldnt send them to you to begin with .

When he originally contacted my office, one of my staff asked him to tell us the project number of the survey he filled out which is found in the original email invitation. He refused to tell us the project number and we were unable to verify his participation in the study. Since then, we did two things: (1) we sent him $5.00 and (2) deleted him from our database and now he will be unable to participate in any of our future studies.
