    I ordered a Sterling (made in ********, **) Deluxe Two-Piece Wall Rack, 8 Cue, made from solid oak, from them on Friday, Sept 20.What I received was some cheap orange-colored Chinese product (with a "made in *****" sticker on it) that was not solid oak, and did not match the product listing or the product photos. It did not, for example, have felt in the base or lining in the upper section to protect your cues. I have photos of the product I ordered, and the product I received, as well as copies of the product listing - which is still live on their web site.For the last two days I have been emailing them via their web site contact form - and via their sales email address. I have not received any response.I would like them to either send the product I ordered, or if it is not available, to refund my money. I will happily return the product they sent me (in unused condition), and since it was not any fault of my own, I expect them to pay shipping on the return.
