    Their prices are comparable but unreasonable for how much time they actually spend onsite. They are not very thorough and everything seems rushed, not sure if thats pressure from the owner or the techs judgement. They rushed my compressor replacement doing it in an hour. Which no seasoned tech would say is possible to do responsibly without cutting corners. Just some shady practices that make me uncomfortable. System is working for now.. only time will tell. Probably why they only do a 30 day warranty. Also they dont provide itemized receipts, so you dont really know what youre paying for.Techs were respectful, office staff was nice, owner was nice but a bit full of himself.They just dont give me confidence that they do things properly per manufacturer recommendations or HVAC code.
