Buyer beware. I called Reinhardt out for an ** problem in ********** and they arrived for the initial service call ($133.75). They diagnosed the problem as a defective *** and came back out to replace it. While the *** was under warranty = the labor to replace it and the shipping of the replacement *** amounted to $939. After three visits, ** was still not working properly. I called Reinhardt back, and they suggested replacing the entire HV** trunklines and secondary lines in the crawl space for an estimated $1500. Not wanting to throw good money after bad, I called another HV** company and they diagnosed the problem as a defective relay to the internal heater coil inside the Heat Pump Unit. In other words, the emergency heat was kicking on and the ** was fighting against it. After replacing the defective relay, the ** now works properly. Cost to repair = $300 with no service call charge.
