    I placed an order on Nov 17, my credit card was processed that day and I received a confirmation with an order number. It is now Dec 2 and I have not received my item or any shipping information. I tried to contact the store by phone for an *** but no one answered. I left a message and have not received a return call. I emailed as well and have not gotten a reply. At this point, I would like a refund. I need the items I ordered and can not wait weeks and months hoping they will arrive. I do not recommend ordering anything online from this store and wonder if it is a real store!
