    As stated from the other review we also purchased a ***** home in Compass Pointe that was less then a year old. After moving in we found some issues that needed to be addressed. First the wall in master bedroom started cracking and going up into the ceiling. Second a month after moving in the thermostat went out leaving no heat the house. After calling the company who installed it we were told it would be a week before they could come. Called another company that's recommended who came the same day. They replaced the thermostat and found out the wiring was not done right. Also the zone board that powered the transformer was too small to handle the load. $459. later was had heat which we were told was no longer under warranty. My neighbor told ** the previous owner had issues with water flooding in side yard that was not taken care of before selling to **. The lists goes on. Very disappointed in ***** for not standing by and taking care of these problems. Now working with POA on water problem.
