Weather Master stands by our core values, and 100% customer satisfaction is our business foundation. In researching this review Weather Master has found that while Mr. ****** is a customer, we do not see the history as he is presenting it as stated, in our records, we see a different timeline and amounts. In July of 2020 we installed a new unit at the customers home, Customer upon install is given a one-year labor warranty from Weather Master, and a 10 year part warranty from the manufacturer (this is standard warranty). Weather Masters first repair call was when the unit was 3 years and 3 months old, in Sept of 2023, to which we replaced a motor under warranty with the manufacturer. The Customer paid the warranty price of ******, the next visit was no charge maintenance(Jan 24). In April of 24, the unit was now nearly 4 years old, coverage was still only under manufacturer part warranty, the customer placed another service call. Upon authorization of the customer, we performed a leak search to determine cause of issue, at a fee of 430. Upon completion of leak search, the leak was found at the evap coil, the customer authorized replacement of the coil, (part under warranty) and the repair was completed April 15 with customer payment of the warranty price via credit card of $1,228.13. Total paid for replacements by this customer is ********, thus making grand total paid by customer ********. We did follow up with this customer after each visit via phone, in which they indicated they were satisfied with service. This is standard procedure with or core values of customer service and satisfaction. We will again reach out to customer to discuss their concerns, or he is welcome to contact us.Weather Master Heating & Air Conditioning Company

My mother-in-law, ******************, an 80 year old African American woman who resides in *******, ** was taken advantage of. She purchased a 2 1/2 ton Lennox Heating and Cooling unit from Weather Master and has had numerous issues from the unit since being purchased in December 23, 2016. She began having issues with the unit in February 2017 and at that time she was told by an employee of Weather Master (**********************) that it was a bad Lennox unit and that Lennox unit had multiply issues in the past.. Weather Master has refused to replace the unit and has continually charged my mother-in-law for repairs and parts. My mother-in-law has already spent over $13,000.00 that includes the unit, repairs and labor. The last repair was done on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 with a cost of over $1,000.00 which included a 30% discount offered by Weather Master. She cannot afford nor is it justified to continue to spend money for a unit that should have been replaced after the first service by ********************** (Weather Master employee). Please help bring justice and a resolution to this unethical business practice. My recommendation is to replace the existing Lennox unit with a new Lennox unit.Weather Master Heating & Air Conditioning Company

******* has accepted the offer of reimbursing her for the compressor in the amount of $1,159.37. She has also requested a written document that states we will cover labor and part warranty on the compressor for 1 year. We have both agreed to the terms.Review fromAdam H

I simply dont have the words to express my gratitude to them. The work they did took many days. They came to my house several times to check the central AC system over the course of a month. Then they replaced the entire condensing coil. They had to redo all the joints that were wrongfully done by someone else that I hired prior to them. They replaced some of the copper pipes and the filter. They even had to replace the compressor! Despite all these efforts, they did not overcharge me!They wentfar beyond what I was expecting from them & above what I contracted them to do. Yet, they didnt raise my bill. They kept the agreed-upon price the same!Their work is very professional, precise, and sincere. No matter how much ************* the work requires, they will do it without hesitation. They don't finalize their work before making sure everything is perfect.I have had this house for 4 years. My AC system is warranted by the manufacturer for 5 years. But that warranty covers parts only, not labor. So, I have to pay 100% of the labor. The supervisor of Whether Master Mr. **** however, was very generous to give me 50% discount on labor. And they got all the parts at no cost to me from the manufacturer under warrantyWeather Master Heating & Air Conditioning Company

Our first experience with Weather Master was wonderful so we decided to call them again when our air conditioning on our second floor wasn't working. They sent someone out and they diagnosed the problem as a broken compressor and an issue with the thermal expansion valve. Part of their process is to have a second tech come out and confirm the diagnosis. Both of the parts were under warranty so all we needed to pay for was the labor. They told us that the labor was going to be $1700 which we found to be ridiculous given that it would only take 4 hours to do the work. Also, the part was on back order, and they did not have a timeframe to install. At that point we were already without air on the second floor for 2 weeks with no end in sight. We decided to get a second opinion. The tech came out from ****** ******* and Air and told us that there was nothing wrong with the compressor. That the issue was only with the expansion valve. They came out the very next day to fix the issue and it cost $150. We will never use weather master again after this experience. The fact that two technicians came out and both said that the compressor was the issue raises major red flags for us. It seems to be a scam. Please get a second opinion whenever using their service.Weather Master Heating & Air Conditioning Company

We do apologize you are not satisfied with your service. We would have reached out to you when you sent the google review, but you had a different last name that was not in our system. Now that you provided an email address and the last name that matched our system, I was able to pull your account. Today, I did leave you a message with the phone number on your account. I also saw we left you a message on 7/1/22 to inquire how your service experience was. Our mission is to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
