  ******** quickly diagnosed I had a faulty red wire in my Thermostat. This was causing no power to my Nest Thermostat. He said I had extra wires so he was just going to connect one of the existing wires in the thermostat. He also told me that the light switch to my burner needed to be changed as there was a short there. He asked me where the nearest store was and he decided to go to ******* to get the new light switch. These light switches cost .89 to 1.69 if you buy the expensive one. He installed the switch which took 5 mins. When ******** gave my bill, I was taken aback. $500 to connect an existing wire and install a new light switch. I paid my bill. Several days later I called the office. I spoke to a female employee who answered the phone. I asked to speak to the owner to discuss my bill as I though it was excessive for the work that was done. The owner is ****. She said she would contact both ******** and ********************* would call me back. **** never called . I waited several days and called back on two occaisions. Both times, they allowed my call to go to voicemail. On the second call back I left a message for **** to please return my call. He never did. I will never recommend or use All hours Heating and Air again. They aren't a professional, honest company. If they felt the bill was fair and reasonable, that's fine, but to never return a customers phone calls in unacceptable!
