    Canceled reservation last minute. Agents were rude and unhelpful. Do not rent through this agency.

    Hi Elizabeth, 


    I am sad to see you gave us a 1-star rating.  As soon as your booking came thru, we contacted the owner and they would not accept the partial for their oceanfront home, the 3-night rate was very low.  Our agent did offer to help you find something else that would fit in your budget if we had anything available.  I personally myself sent you an email and offered to help you find something with no response back. 


    Again, we are very sorry the owner would not accept your partial stay request.

    Central Air conditioning unit did not work, we were supplied with old window units. They told us that it should be fixed in couple days. We didn't receive any updates or phone calls to inform us about the progress. The whole week that we were there we had to use old window units. Will definitely NOT be renting out from then anymore.
