    Paid *********** to get two tattoos and they had to reschedule my appointment and i had to reschedule once due to a surgery and now they have kept my deposit money and they accused me of causing them to lose business because I rescheduled and they misquoted me on my tattoo pricing. When i first asked it was 110 dollars and today i was told i owe them 205 dollars so Im not getting my tattoo or my money back and Im not happy with how unprofessional that they are

    Customer paid 2 $50 deposits for 2 different tattoo sessions that were in fact combined into one session for simplicity. Customer requested that her date be changed on multiple occasions:1st change was due to: "her mother stealing her money" making her financially unable to afford the tattoos in questions and we can provide this correspondence for the publics viewing and will do so if need be.2nd change was due to a upcoming surgery and she wanted to postpone the date.3rd change the customer requested the day prior to her tattoo appointment that she wanted to change the designs completely due to costs and she was trying to figure out a way to get the cost down on the tattoo. we advised her at that point we only EDIT the current design, we were not in a position to completely scratch all that we had prepared and come up with an entirely new concept and that cancelling an appointment last minute (usually results in loss of deposits) whereas we were willing to try to address this situation, she immediately got irate and told ** to keep the deposit and blocked ** on ********* The deposits for the tattoos were $50 each as they were not intricate designs and the grand total of the tattoos were $205 minus the 2 $50 deposits leaving a balance of $105.due to this, there is not way to contact the customer to even if we tried.

    We have submitted her continued correspondence and harassment to our lawyer along with the ******************** that she scheduled. The digital platform states that deposits are non refundable. Any other correspondence, reviews or such shall be deemed harassment under ******** law and will be prosecuted to the full extent of law. Because she agreed to the terms when she paid deposit. And violated the terms therefore forfeiting such deposits.
