    This is what ******* ***** wrote to me in an email response.Well.. Lets see. Youre the ONLY person in the last 500 sold units that couldnt figure it out. Is that a testimony to you or me? Whose **** fault is it? I dont care what your review says. But if you utter one **** lie about me, my company or product, I will sue the h*** out of you. Then you wont have an RV to worry aboutSo, I recommend that you word it very very carefully. I have all the correspondence.

    I purchased a new dolly in July 2023. I thought it particularly odd that they only accept checks, no credit cards. But I ordered it anyway to the chagrin of my wife. It’s now mid September and I haven’t been able to use it due to either faulty manufacturing or assembly QC, or both. I called CarTowDolly several times only to get a recording telling me that for technical issues I needed to use email. So I did, several times and have received no response from them. I researched reviews on this business only to get redirected back to their website that has about 10 reviews, all 4+ stars and no way to post y review even though they call it a “blog”. What a joke! I cannot find any reviews other than the 2 complaints on your site. Pretty sad, so I guess that I’m on my own to solve any and all problems. I’m just so grateful that I didn’t flush $250 down the toilet on the “extended” warranty!
