    Chris was very prompt and professional, he explained all the plumbing issues I had and explained how to remedy all of them with an email with photos and videos showing everything on the estimate.

    Mark and his apprentice were very professional. They showed up at my door on time, introduced themselves and started working. I did not have to ask them to wear shoe protectors. They had them in their shoes before they rang the doorbell. They are respectful and showed concern. The entire experience is great from the moment I made a call about the problem until the technicians wrapped up. They are thorough and neat. Thank you Sutton Brothers.

    Randy was great He repaired our unit without trying to sell us stuff we didn't need as others have. The ac unit is running great and priced as quoted and in less time. I will be setting up a maintenance program with them soon!
