We specialize in helping you give a thoughtful & beautiful gift, while still keeping your budget in mind. We carry many locally handcrafted items & specialty gifts. We also host a variety of DIY & Private Party events at our cozy location. Additionally, we organize a variety of Craft Markets in the Heart of the Triad, Kernersville! It's a small "a little bit of everything" shop with a lot of love built into it!

Return Policy: You may return items sold by Aixa Maria's Gift Baskets within 3 days of delivery if item was shipped by us, or within 3 days of purchase if it was purchased in store for a full refund of the purchase price if there was an error on our part, excluding shipping. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Return Policy for Cancelled Orders: Please keep in mind that an order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery address errors that cause delayed arrival/spoilage or incorrect handling/storage of the product after delivery.
Most orders are custom made, and items seen in the gallery may not be available at time of purchase. We do reserve the right to substitute items based on availability.DISCLAIMER
