They deserve a no star rating. AAA never use these people. Original call went out to them. Couldnt get in touch with any one. ***** minutes later I call AAA back they send it to manager status to contact them. No response. My boss actually went home got the same airbag kit theyd use and got me in my vehicle. I waited almost 1:45 minutes with no response from Mueller. I guess they have bankers hours. Do Not Use !!!!!

Mueller in ********** NC Deserves 0 stars. 1st representative a 3rd party for AAA says failed battery and it needs to be replaced. 1st representative said Ill recharge but it will not last. This battery is bad and sent me screenshot. Because it was Sunday 1st representative could not verify receipt from AAA. Mueller did not give paper receipt. Turns out Mueller emailed the receipt not AAA. 2nd representative comes out next day and says hes getting battery is ok and he cant go by 1st test and refused to replace battery which is under 3 years warranty. I explained what 1st tech said he refused and owner refused to replace a battery that is bad after 10 months time saying AAA wont reimburse him because my bad test was from the day before. No concern for safety just deal with it or go to a care center. This business is only concerned about money not good customer service. AAA needs a new supplier.

If I could give a negative start rating I would. This company seems to do things wrong and underhanded and then claim innocence or no responsibility. Was doing business with them because a trailer was being rented to haul freight. The trailer that was leased from them was in not so great condition when received. It had rust and needed at least two tires. The tractor that was owned broke down. The trailer had freight inside it needing to be delivered. Called Mueller to see if they could pick up both and buy the tractor straight out. Was offered pennies compared to what it was actually worth. Decided to decline their offer. Tried calling, no answer. So a text was sent stating that offer from them was being declined. The vehicle was on Freightliner property and the receptionist was made aware that NO ONE EXCEPT THE ***** OF THE TRACTOR could have it removed and if ANYONE tried to IMMEDIATELY call. THEY went to Freightliner ANYWAY to pick up both, WITH NO TITLE OR LEGAL RIGHTS TO THE TRACTOR AFTER HOURS, while no one was there to stop him. When the owner showed up, the guy informed told the owner that basically he had to him he had to honor the deal or he was keeping the tractor because the payment for the trailer was due (not until Dec 26). Mueller then called the police and lied to them about the deal. Because the owner of the tractor is from out of town, with no help, on the holiday, they were forced to sign over the vehicle. Mueller is running a bad company and is a *****.

Be aware before you let ******* Automotive touch your car. I recently had a dead battery on my vw and contacted AAA to send help. A ******* automotive truck showed up and confirmed a dead battery that needed to be replaced. The driver proceeded to install the battery in backwards, then attempted to force the battery cables onto the wrong battery terminals (the positive and negative terminals are of different sizes to prevent attaching them incorrectly). The immediate result was two electrical power surges that fried the cars voltage protection relay and fuse panel. Four days after these items were repaired the alternator with only ****** miles on it failed and the car was back in the shop. The invoice for this repair said the previously incorrectly installed battery caused the failure. ******* automotive claimed they were not responsible for the alternator since we were able to drive the car home after the first fix and refused to pay for the new $2190.00 alternator.Sending an unqualified driver to change a battery and then failure to stand behind damage they caused is bad business. Not professional!

My truck broke down in my driveway and I called ***. They sent a driver from Mueller Automotive to tow my truck to the local Dodge dealership. I spoke with the service department telling them the vehicle was being dropped off to them. I was asked to give the service department's intake person's name to the tow driver and have him drop the keys to the service manager. I gave the note to the tow driver and told him who to give the keys to.The next day, I heard nothing from the service department and when I called, was told they did not have my vehicle. I reminded him that the tow driver was supposed to give him the key. The service manager checked the yard and found the Dodge truck on the Mitzibushi side in the middle of the road with the keys in it...one day after the truck was dropped off.I called the owner of the Mueller business who told me the driver wasn't responsible to drop the key off to the service department. He also said that "someone in a uniform" on the lot told the driver to drop the Dodge truck and they would take care of it. No one in the service department was made aware the truck had been dropped off and the key was left in the unlocked truck overnight. My concern is that ***, the owner, instead of acknowledging the mishap, took up for his driver, saying the driver wasn't responsible to drop the key off to the service department or inform anyone that he dropped the vehicle off.In my opinion, that is extremely unprofessional. With my truck sitting in the open, door unlocked and key in the ignition...it could have been stolen or ransacked. There is no excuse for that type of work. I've had *** for over 15 years and have used them multiple times but have never had a bad experience with a tow company. This particular tow company will hopefully come off the *** list of companies to use in the future.

We responded to the *** members request for service in a timely manner , as per *** guidelines. We are required to tow the truck to the place of the member's choice. As is the case with most larger Dealerships they have a person that directs where to park car that need service. In this case they had a person who did tell my driver where to put the Truck because there was no parking at the Dodge Dealership. The person from the dealership told my driver to leave the keys in it as it is a locked area. the person from the dealership took the note from my drive after being told who was expecting the truck. As a towing company we "tow " cars and trucks , we do not have control over the parking, nor are we going to disrespect the person at the dealership. We cannot wait for the service people to get around to us, as they have many customers to taKE CARE OF.

AAA DISPATCHED, driver *****. Arrived in very short time. Driver was very courteous to us and all we were impacting. No one likes to breakdown, this was no exception, but this company smoothed out what would have been a super bad day. Great driver, great company. Thank You, Mueller Automotive *************************
