      Initially, I had no issues with this company. However, I specifically asked to be notified and to approve the time.This last time, they came without verbal consent, ( I was out of the country) , and sprayed only my tiny front yard, as they were not able to get into the back and the interior of the house.I have received 2 bills for the full service. Which was not completed. I have told them that I will pay in full, when the services are completed in full. I have received now 4 courtesy calls, asking me to pay the bill. I was told that I would be taken to collections.They supposedly are coming next week to complete the service, but didnt like the fact that I will pay then.

      I have communicated with ******************************* that we would remove the fee for the partial service, provide a full service at her suggested appointment time of March 18, 2024, at 11:00a.m. at no charge.
