We purchased our unit 4 years ago and have had wonderful service from McClintock. We use their twice yearly check up and the technicians provide the answer to any questions we have as well as a thorough wash and diagnostic. We have been very impressed with this company from purchase through installation and now through service. Recommended McClintock to family members who purchased and maintain their unit with McClintock. **** continue to recommend McClintock to friends and family. Great Company.

Outstanding experience with this company from my first phone call until the completion of the service. Called at 8:30am and was answered by **************** who was friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to my questions. She presented options and she scheduled my appointment for the same day! Fast forward to this afternoon when Service Technician ************ arrived and assessed the situation. He listened to the issues and then got to work. **** was extremely thorough and also efficient. Im now signed up on a yearly maintenance plan and look forward to doing business with McClintock for years to come. Our heat was out and McClintock responded the same day. The office staff were friendly and professional as was *****, the technician. He also showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, gave us an estimate and discussed options. A part has to be ordered but all went according to schedule and again ***** showed up exactly when promised and fixed our system efficiently. McClintock has been a trusted advisor on my HVAC systems for years. They make recommendations based on the homeowners point of view and not just to sell new systems. In every case, the technicians who have been to my home were professionals who knew how to work well with customers. This company does things right. Thank you, ****, for correcting the manual damper direction. It was significantly hotter upstairs than downstairs. Apparently, an error made by different HVAC company who had the damper completely open, with heat flowing upstairs. **** closed it about 75% redirecting heat downstairs. He checked all the ductwork to assure heat was coming through as well as semi-annual service check for system. In addition, he adjusted thermostat to Circulate Fan Mode instead of Auto Fan. Circulate fan mode will kick on through out the day instead of ongoing Auto Fan mode. Who knew?I purchased my Trane HVAC from McClintock in 2019. McClintock has been my HVAC provider for many years. Over that time they have replaced both of my systems with units manufactured by Trane. Hard to believe my upstairs unit has been in service for more than 12 years. One of their technicians just performed preventative maintenance on the heating components. He took the time to answer any questions along with completing the task at hand. Very professional which has been my experience with all of my interactions with the team at McClintock.McClintock Heating & Cooling
