    I purchased a home through *************** 5/2021. I moved into the home 11/21. It has been only 18 months since moving in and the **** Unit stopped working. Caryl Mechanical responded to the home and indicated that it was the compressor and with labor and Freeon it would cost about **** to fix. I was not fully happy with the service or the price. AGAIN THIS IS A NEW BUILD OVER 400k I subsequentlycontacted Carrier Corporate and was given several ************** that are Carriers preferred technicians. The technicianresponded and immediately knew what the issue was. The tech confirms that this is an issue from the initialinstallation of the system. He also confirmed that this has been an ongoing issue with the systemand with this company. This company appears to be aware of the issues and still continues with their unethical practice !The cost is approximately2900. The new company explained that yes it can be patched for **** but the same issue will occuragain if not done right.I am reviewing Caryl Mechanical however I reached out to the Builder. I am hoping that the builder is ethical. I will surely update this with how the builder responds. Hopefully my review will be a 5 for the builder. I similar complaints in regards to this company. STAY AWAY !!!
