    I must admit after reading reviews for 2 days they are all accurate.I paid these people 5k for a extended warranty and the 1st time I needed them they denied my claim. Just like everyone whos done business with them. I got a check engine light went and got a diagnostic and tear down done, results was a dpf filter end of service life. When they received the *** report theyre saying i had excessive counts for codes I would never see if I dont own a diagnostics test myself.This was the 1st time my freightliner ever had a check engine like that read 18hours with code (3720/15) These next following codes no driver would no unless after every regen we get a diagnostics test ran 882hours(3719/15)883hours(3719/16) **** hours(3719/31) I dont understand how they can legally do this when they dont define in the contract what excessive means and also how can they fault owner operators for not being mechanics themselves because no driver will no any of this unless theres a diagnostics ran daily on their trucks absolutely ridiculous please avoid these people
