    The secretary is a horrible person she will not leave a message to the doctor. She has an awful attitude and criticism and harassment every step of the way. I just got my glasses and I still can't see at night I was trying to fix the issue I even asked to talk to someone other then her but she refused. She said I couldn't talk to anyone else I had to talk to her or hang up. So I told her my issue that the glare from the lights make it impossible to see at night, she says well then just clean your glasses, no ma'am I need to talk to someone else in that office that understands unlike you, she says well then go to greystone, I hung up the phone. I'm a ******** patient that just got glasses that are basically useless because she won't let me talk to anyone else to fix it! ******** won't give me another pair of glasses so I'm still screwed is there anyway someone can help fire this woman! It's medical neglect!!! Please somebody help me
