    We hired this company to be the general contract for our city's 10MGD expansion of the wastewater treatment plant. They are nothing but problems. Their ************* Area Manager, *************************, was unprofessional with every issue that came up. The project is now out of money without the work being at least a year+ from being done. Now, the company doesn't want to do any work. Most of the work that they had "completed" doesn't function. None of their personnel were knowledgeable in any, way, shape, or form. Their field superintendents were replaced multiple time to this day without ever coming into the project with any current knowledge of where things were. Even their basic construction skills were subpar. Buildings aren't even constructed straight/level, bolts are missing, gaskets are blowing, pumps aren't even on the property. The electrical systems do not work. Our brand new fiber ring isn't even completed. Even with an email trial, these people can't remember anything. Their communication skills are some of the worst that I have ever seen. They failed in every aspect of this project. I would recommend to any entity to stay far, far, far away from anyone's business card that says Thalle Construction *** on it. This is a subsidiary of the ***** group as well, so be weary of them.
