      This company is opportunistic and exploits circumstances without moral principle, lies in wait to blatantly bully and antagonize residents who leave their car for 2 minutes (time it takes to have it hooked up to tow). ***** baits his customers by calling them names, making threats about "dropping car off a bridge" and other antagonistic tactics. Towing fees are cash only and goes up every time the customer says something back to to question his actions. He disengaged the *** to the car, would not tell her where he was towing it to, would not give his full name or do anything to deescalate the situation. He further threatened to shoot my daughter if she tried to come retrieve my car. A complaint will also be filed with the ************************* as to his tactics and practices.

      This company towed my car without having any just cause. They then used offensive language and threatening techniques to get me to stop requesting a refund. After contacting legal support I got the company to resolve the issue.
