    I think I had better experience than others describing their experience on this website... but I'm still pretty unhappy. I got my frame in a reasonable amount of time, but found the frame kind of problematic. I'm not sure the frame is going to stay together with the item inside because of poor quality frame backing. Plus they charged me a hidden $22.50 oversized box fee which I was never told about. I was only able to find out about it because I pestered the company to give me my receipt (which they hid from me, didn't put in the email communications about my purchase) and then I gave a bad customer rating score for not asking my question about the bad math on the receipt (the $22.50 fee was still hidden on the receipt). It read $64.67 (frame) + $20 (shipping) + 9.54? (tax) = 116.71 (total). I don't think they thought I was actually going to add it up and notice.

    Purchased on 1/5/23, almost a month later my order stood dormant and just said "received". Today on 2/1 when I asked the company again where my order was, I was told one frame is backorder until mid Feb and one was backordered until mid-March. There was not one single effort made by the company to communicate this to me as a customer. The site did not say back ordered, the invoice did not say backordered, and I received no email alerting me of any delay. This company has in their SEO that they are BETTER BUSINESS ACCREDITED. I truly hope BBB takes action on pictureframes.com. They totally misrepresent themselves to consumers and just sit and hope people forget about their orders. I demanded the order be cancelled and I be refunded. Possibly the worst business I have EVER placed an order with. I'd put zero stars if it would let me.

    I ordered a frame in September of 2021, and was not told it was backordered. after 2 months of waiting for my frame, I emailed, and was told of the backorder status. I was very angry, as this was a wedding/christmas gift, In my dissatisfaction to receive the frame when it became available I asked for a refund. My frame was $160.00, I was TOLD I would get a refund but I have never received it. Like others, they are not answeing the phones, they are not answering emails or chats. No communication from the company at all anymore.

    I see I'm not alone. Pictureframes.com sent me the wrong frame and they won't correct the problem or refund my money. I sent them 6 emails showing proof I received the wrong frame with no response.

    Picture frame purchased and never shipped. Contacted customer service, didn’t get a response but two days later got a shipping notification. Frame arrived and metal corners were rough and didn’t join properly, plexiglass was not cut to the right size and was not the plexiglass type we ordered. We filed a complaint, they shipped a new one. New one was cut to size but was not squared. Plexiglass had chipped corners and a missed cut in one of the sides. Over all worst buying experience I have had in years. Will never buy from them again. Also, they list on their site a BBB A+ rating icon. BBB should get with them to take it down. Since the current rating is far below that.

    Graphic Dimensions Ltd. Has stopped answering phones or responding to email and live chat. They have over $700 of my money and will not refund or even speak with customers.

    The frame I ordered doesn’t fit. I would like a refund. You call the number it is automated and hangs up. There is no chat. And you get an automatic email response. It has been 3-5 days from my email.

    Same as all other complaints, they should not be trusted, no order processed, no available contact methods available, fortunately used paypal so refund dispute has been filed.

    DO NOT ORDER! I ordered 9 burlwood frames and 9 blue frames were delivered. Emailed many times with no response. Phone lines are not accepting calls!!! Finally after trying many times got through on the endless chat line. I was asked to send pictures of all the frames. Ok so I did that but now can not get a hold of anyone. Waiting on the chat line in position 1 forever. Nothing! The place is a scam. Stay away from pictureframes.com.

    It is only a matter of time before major payment processors (VISA, Amex, Mastercard) ban this website from using their systems. I can't imagine the number of dispute tickets they are getting (including mine). Don't be fooled by these copy paste responses from PictureFrames to customer complaints. They do not respond to emails, chats or phone calls and there is no way to track your order - but happily take hundreds/thousands of dollars from you upfront. Their website advertises they have an A+ on BBB - but if you go to BBB this company has been suspended and is no longer accredited. If you are a victim of this website's fraud I encourage you to submit complaints to your payment card companies and local consumer protection/state attorney general's offices - many offer online complaint submissions. Their excuses about having internal issues are not the problem of the customer and if their problems are that severe they need to stop taking orders and promising 2-4 day production and delivery.
