Eanes originally put in my air conditioner a few years ago and I was happy with the service. However on 9/18/23 they came to service the a/c that had stopped working due to a clogged drainpan. Charged me $769.00 for a service call and condensate drain repair. When I asked for an itemized receipt with a breakdown of labor and parts, they refused to provide. They said that they charge per process not by parts and labor. I feel as though I was scammed. I am so disappointed in these business practices.

Eanes is recommended as a Lennox Premier dealer. It seems Lennox Supplier Management validation is failing. Called Eanes to replace an AC unit. Spent $13,000.00 - Installer stepped through the ceiling. Eanes did hire a drywall person to fix the problem. -New unit did not cool the house. -King valve was broken - replace the king value 2 months later. -Failed City inspection due to leaking cool in the attic. -Left trash in the attic, yard, and by the new AC unit. Would not recommend it - I wish I could leave pictures.

I called because my A/C wasn't cooling the house. The technician from Horizon came and said he needed to replace the capacitor. They charged me $495 for the capacitor. When I checked I found that a capacitor only costs between $15 an $20. I called and complained and managed to get a $300 refund. However, the point is they were perfectly willing to screw me and let it go until I fought for what I got. They still made at least $175 on me with their concious overcharge.

Sales rep does not keep promises. Called for service no one showed no one called. Sold us new HVAC and not standing behind it. Promised a gift card have not seen that either.

Mr. C****** and Eric came out Saturday and installed the HVAC system. They were very courteous of not only the product they were working with but the property they were standing on and the family who lived on it. These values are few and far in between now a days. Well deserved 5 stars.

Eanes- when I paid $289 for your yearly service contract I was under the impression I would receive good customer service and communication. Despite repeated efforts to contact eanes (even commenting on Instagram post where they deleted my comments) nobody has reached back out to me. I was told on 6/17 it would be about a week to repair my upstairs air. It’s been 2 weeks and nobody will give me an update or even respond to a phone call. I completely understand material delays but you have to communicate with your customers. I unequivocally regret signing up for this service plan. I have no upstairs air in my home. Please make this right Eanes.

I had an ac checkup performed and technician pointed out that capacitor was going bad. it was replaced. the price was $407, including $39.99 checkup fee. I contacted customer service and they agreed ( manager Jeanie), that I was over charged and would be sent a $200 refund. That was on May 2. I was told the check was mailed on May 5. Talked to customer service several times from May 5 until May 24. They told me again that check was mailed on May 25. Still have not received the $200 as of June 6. Still waiting. No supervisor will talk to me and no one has called me since May 2.
