I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from James Oxygen and Supplies. What was supposed to be a simple installation project has turned into a nightmare that has stretched on for over two months, with no resolution in sight.First, the inspection for the gas line was never ordered, something that was confirmed by the Lincoln County Inspection Department. I had to personally follow up multiple times to get the ball rolling, and even after that, the inspection process was incredibly delayed. I then had to call again to confirm if the inspection had been completed and passed. Only after that did I have to remind James Oxygen that the inspection was done, so they could finally come and finish the gas line installation. The quality of the finished work is also concerning. The job seemed rushed, and the trench was not even filled properly. To make matters worse, after the installation was "completed," my gas tank was left empty, despite the fact that it was supposed to be filled as part of the service. I have called several times to get the tank filled, as my home generator installation cannot be completed without it, but the tank is still showing as empty on the regulator.I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication, poor workmanship, and unfulfilled promises. I will find it very difficult to pay for this subpar service. I would not recommend James Oxygen and Supplies to anyone based on my experience, and I will be looking for other options to resolve these issues.
