Hello, my name is ************************* and I'm a registered nurse that used to be the assistant director of nursing at Trinity elms health and rehabilitation. Last year, *************************** administrator at multiple instances had explicit knowledge of my active symptoms and my close proximity to a covid positive individual, but still wanted to expose me to residents and staff at the facility in ******** **. I have documented evidence of providing my concerns and symptoms to both ***** and the Director of Nursing ***********************, who regardless of their knowledge proceeded to try to get me to come to the facility for testing and to work in direct contact with everyone there. I raised concerns on many occasions in person and text and was fired while under quarantine for performance issues. The public deserves to know the wilful endangering tactics the leaders of this facility utilized, especially when it comes to their employees, family members and residents.
