    I have supported this hardware and mowing repair service center for numerous years This year on 2/22/2025 I took a craftsman mower in for service, (new fuel filter, oil change and filter, sharpen blades, and to check my mowing deck belt(s). On 3/18/2025 I still dot have my mower back My mower was in perfect operation mode when it was dropped off with the employee.I was called a few days later and informed they would "suggest" fixing the spindles and one other thing. I knew it was there and was easier to get it done now then later if it went out, so I advised them to replace both on my deck. A few days later I got another call stating I needed a wiring harness The harness was allowing the blades to engage at my home, Like I said it was in running condition, everything was working well when dropped off. NOW it wasn't and they want me to pay for another part that was not needed just to get it back the way it was once before.I had already paid a $45 deposit, once they told me a cost of labor and parts to do the ******* service" they said it would be another $600 or more. I advised them I could not afford all that and why was it so high? My wiring harness had nothing wrong, but will not work now?so, I told them to make it so I could mow my yard this year. Currently paid over $340 , dont have my mower, not sure if its running and the staff at Killians have been very hard to deal with because I did not but it from them, it came from they say is a "box store", 2nd class ?Anyway, I am going to write a letter to the President and explain to her, Why I wrote this complaint on BBB, they are not a member but maybe someone will do their due diligence and see how they sometimes treat "former" customers, but I'm done with ********************
