    Lived here for a year and 3 months. Had 0 contact with the property manager, everything was done online through email. The only person we could talk to was a contractor who says he does what **** tells him to do. The long term tenants will file endless complaints and lie about you if they don't like you(Apartment 95). They will let their dog ---- in front of your back porch and not pick it up, but if you are doing something wrong they'll try and fight you and put camera in your face. These long term tenants seem to have a direct phone line to call **** because their complaints are immediately heard and taken care of. If you complain with something legitimate it takes days to get a response back if you get one back.Over our time there, had 6 packages go missing off the porch. When I contacted "management" it took over a week to get a reply only to be told to buy a ring door camera because their cameras were fake or not working. They let me know the cameras didn't work by taping a piece of paper to my door that said ,"cameras don't work." They will not give you a lease other than a 1 year at first, then a month to month. Once they give you a month to month lease, find another place to live. They'll find any reason to kick you out. Very shady company runs this place!
