            **** did a great job; however, when it came time to pay, he took my card and my bill was paid. He failed to mention the extra fee and if that was the case, I could have paid with a check. I called and they did send me a check for the difference. I still need one repair but I will be going somewhere else because the quote they gave me is four times the amount of the part alone! For as many years as this company has been in business, there's a reason why they are not more well-known! Then, **** called me and yelled at me because of my review. He told me to basically watch out because he was going to tell stories about me. I only had one dealing with this company and now, I feel like I need to worry about more issues. After getting off the phone with ****, he contributed to my review and I added the UPDATE. See below. Update: **** called and harassed me about my review. I called and filed with the BBB. Now, it seems I need to call the office. He clearly doesn't recall happenings! Nice and professional, ****! I have plenty of great service providers so thank you! Response from the owner45 minutes ago Warning to all service providers, DO NOT SERVICE ****** *******. As soon as we showed up for the appointment, ****** complained about multiple service providers, a neighbor, and the **** She seems to have a problem with a lot of service providers, just look at her reviews. After we finished the first visit repairing 3 appliances, she provided us with a 5-star review. Then after learning that she paid a credit card fee, she became condescending. We even gave her a full refund of the credit card fee to alleviate any concern of miscommunication. We have been in business since 1981 with a lot of satisfied customers. We only use original manufacturer parts for repairs. She is complaining about the price of a part that we have not installed, and she does not know the details about how to judge the price of the part. There is a reason why she has so many negative reviews.
