"This company took over to manage our property at ******************* and its been h*** every since they do not manage the property at all they do not fix anything in fact they have been telling us tenants that anything needed to be fixed is the tenants responsibility which in fact seems a bit crazy to me I do not own this property I am renting and this is an apartment complex all they care about is their rent money long story short they are horrible and we will not be renewing our lease the old property manager **** was the best took care of the tenants and their needs the owner should wonder why he has a huge turn over rate with the tenants ****** is the owner seems like a nice guy but he has some really horrible company managing his property"
