    Absolutely terrible customer service. Will joke about (several) checks sitting on their desk that still have yet to be cashed, yet almost a week later, those checks (that have paid tracking) still havent been cashed. Claims to have not been sent paperwork from a lawyer who told us THEMSELVES that they sent it over email and postal service. We also have a physical copy of all of the "services" they charge us thousands of dollars a year for, that dont get done. Service requests that marinate in their inbox for LITERAL YEARS, with no response or follow-up. Supported and proven by SEVERAL other reviews. Claim they will contact you back within 24 hours, and a week later we have heard nothing.

    Sheena and knight property group have been amazing to work with! We came from out of state and I honestly don’t think I could have found a more professional, prompt or personable real estate agent to work with! 10/10 recommend!
