"I am waiting for their office to open this morning so that I can HOPEFULLY get a situation resolved semi-satisfactorily. My granddaughter's new *************** case worker had made her (granddaughter's) defiant behavior MUCH WORSE by TAKING SIDES WITH HER (granddaughter) AGAINST US, AND EVEN PLACING ALL BLAME ON HER GRANDFATHER during ************** (when I asked her to join us to TRY to reach a workable agreement)."

"Setting up transportation requires several phone calls to different numbers, then it still takes an onerous amount of time.Calling customer service as a member or provider often takes you to a dead number, stating that Trillium is "closed" even when it is within business hours." ...
