"Same complaint as the other however my experience was they mislead you on the pricing I was told it was month to month and then I come to find out its like on of the old gym memberships scams. "Very poor business as they hijacked 1 of my pre paid bundle visits because they did not follow through on confirmation of an appointment as agreed. They like to make appointments immediately following your visit but I could not commit to a time so they suggested a place holder and a call during the week to firm up a schedule - they never called for that and when I next went in to use my pre paid bundle visit they informed me that my visit had been charged and I had no more pre paid visits on my bundle." ...
