    Very disappointed they are only out for money, I think they deliberately broke my pipe in order to make more money it's a shame theirs know more honesty or integrity in the world anymore, $59.00 to tell me how much it would cost to unclog a pipe, then $328.00 to unclog the pipe, then they broke the pipe then it turned into $480.00 a total failure and rip off, don't use this company unless you want to be ripped off

    Nice and professional; but thats all; charges for work is outrageous; incompetence; not that knowledgeable about plumbing; been to my house a couple of times and Im problem still exist. *** spent roughly $750.00 so far; extremely dissatisfied with their services .I wish I knew how to get some of my hard earned money back.

    Technicians were friendly and professional. However, when a mistake was made that resulted in water damage to my home, they refused to acknowledge or pay for restoration.
