My first complaint about this business, is I was referred to them by a family member, who told me that they plus myself would get a ***** referral credit upon me signing on a contract with them. After, doing so I got the run around from too many different customer service agents about why the credit only went to the current customer only, and not the new customer. My second recent disappointment with this business is that I had an appointment scheduled for Aug. 5, 2024, no technician never showed up or called , so I called first thing Tuesday morning to ask what happened to them coming out.? I was told by a customer service agent, that a technician had come out that Monday between the hours of 9 -9:40 am, and she named all the chemicals that he used. I accepted that and said ok thank you very much, but after the phone call. My husband and I decided to pull up the door bell camera, and there was no indication of any one that day at all showing up to our property to service it for the outside interior as she had just indicated. I then, called back to inform the next customer service agent about how this woman had just fabricated a whole lie, from looking at my camera. They apologized and told me that they were putting all this down in there notes and someone would be calling me back about this matter and to reschedule me another appointment. This was early in the morning, by the close of business I had received no phone call from these people with no care and further concern. I then called back to them Wednesday morning to repeat everything from Tuesday conversation and reporting, but the customer service agent. I believe she addressed herself as **** or *****. I said excuse me are you still there and listening to me. She yelled out and said to me, if you would F****** shut up, and let me tell you. I said you dont tell me to F****** shut up, and she of course hung up the phone immediately. I called right back and got a different customer service agent ,Review fromTracey N

Outstanding leadership; behavior; and extremely knowledgable. In addition, his trainee did an outstanding job as well. I definitely recommend him to potential customers.

I would like to share my recent experience with Go-Forth Pest Control. I noticed an ant issue yesterday and contacted them shortly before closing time. They promptly scheduled an appointment for the following morning. ****, the technician assigned to my case, arrived on time and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy. He addressed all of my questions and took the necessary time to resolve the ant problem, identifying its source and providing valuable suggestions for mitigation. He also assured me that I could reach out to them if the issue persisted.Furthermore, **** went above and beyond by clearing the window ledges of any webs, including those on the second story. His personable demeanor made the interaction pleasant and informative. If the other technicians at ******** are as skilled and dedicated as ****, I would highly recommend their services. I am very pleased with my decision to choose Go-Forth as my pest control provider, especially knowing they are a privately held family company that I am eager to support.Go-Forth Pest Control

******* did a fantastic job. He showed up on time with a smile. Once he was done, he gave me the download and product offerings, but he did so in a way that conveyed he cared about the home and the customer. He is the pinnacle of service technicians. I would highly recommend him for a promotion, bonus, or an accelerated course for his profession. He puts the PRO in professionalism! Go-Forth is great, but ******* is AWESOME!!Go-Forth Pest Control

I get the **** service they have always been professional. Honest they told me I have an older model it is still working. As long as it is still working they don't try to sell me a new one. They clean it add new parts if needed. When I need a new **** I will buy from them. Their customer service are very friendly and work with you on appointments. DSS was called on the day following a visit from a technician. It was reported we had roaches (which I had been paying over a years worth of services for and the problem was never fully fixed). It was also reported that my 2 sons were still in diapers. They are 5 and 3 and BOTH AUTISTIC. No other people were in home. Though the call was made anonymously, it's extremely obvious who called. I am very disappointed with ***************** pest control. I will never recommend them, and if you are a parent of toddlers and your house is in occasional chaos, I would highly recommend looking for another pest control service.Review fromAlison D

We recently had a Sentricon termite trap inspection by ****** and a vapor barrier installation estimate by ******. We were very pleased with their demeanor and thoroughness. We made the mistake of going to one of their competitors and have decided to resume service with Go-Forth Pest control for both pest and termite control.Go-Forth Pest Control
