It was a pleasure having your Technician take care of our exterminating needs around and inside our property. Ethan F**** was knowledgeable and explained the process of what we should expect going forth the next 7 days. We have already seen the benefits of the service he provided. Ethan F**** was friendly yet professional and very respectful when explaining the services he would be providing. We were considering terminating our contract because of a mix up on your companies part. However, after receiving the services provided by Elan F**** My wife and I have decided to continue with our services provided by Go-Forth Pest Control. We didn't know if Elan was allowed to accept tips and refrained from asking as we didn't want him to feel uncomfortable. We pose the question to the company... Can Technicians accept tips for the service the are providing? Thank You to all and Stay safe! ****** * ******** *****

Would like to cancel due to repeated issues with not calling ahead before arriving for service/not completing interior service. Cancelling service has been difficult and unprofessional. Would not recommend ever getting involved with this company.Go-Forth Pest Control

Do not engage with this company. In my opinion they are a scam. They consistently try to charge us for a service we did sign up for. When we call them and tell them to stop they are polite and say it will be taken care of. The next day the same things happen again and this has been on going for the last 6 weeks. We paid them via check for our initial service and now they are saying out bill is outstanding and the check failed. They instruct me to call my bank, which I do only to find out that they never tried to cash the check. I call Travis at go forth back and he makes up a story that the bank maybe doesn’t let electronic check cashing take place, which is certainly not true. They are horrible - do not ever use these guys.Go-Forth Pest Control

Excellent service! George is FANTASTIC! Makes sure all spider webs are taken down from around doors/windows. Always willing to spray my garage and inside the house to make sure my home is bug-free. NO MORE ROACHES!! I couldn't be happier!Go-Forth Pest Control

Out technician, Calen was great today. He was very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and even suggested that I upgrade to the My Elite plan to ensure that all of my needs were covered. He completed my pest service inside and outside in a very timely manner and wasn't bothered by the dog. Great Job!Go-Forth Pest Control
