      I am so glad we used Excel for my mother's very large interstate move. We could not have had better service. The entire team (Jamie R, Juliet M, Harold R, Eric R, Ervin I, Mike I, and others I did not meet) went far above and beyond duty and expectations to ensure a successful, on-time move. This move was very difficult, as my 85-year-old mother had lived in the same house for 41 years and was having great difficulty parting with anything, even up to the last day of packing. Despite the unreadiness of the house for optimal packing, the Excel team found solutions and called in extra help to deal with the situation. Our driver, Mike, was phenomenal...he directed the loading and unloading of the moving truck and made almost perfect organization out of what could have been terrible chaos. The team arrived on time from the first day of packing all the way through the delivery day at my mom's new home. Amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the Excel team that worked on my mother's move. I have never seen a whole group of people give their entire hearts to a JOB to help someone they didn't even know. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thank you to Excel from the bottom of my heart.
