"0 star this place is absolute trash the dr and nurses are unprofessional and have 0 bedside manner they are greedy and do not care about the quality of life for your pet my husband and I took our 3 mknyj of dog who was having difficulty breathing @ 12am for them to come out with these outrageous fees told one price to them be told itll be over $400 they take your animal out of the room and do the exam Ive never been to a vet that has ever taken the dog out the the room from the owners so who is to even say what they said was done was performed the money was never the issue is about communication the front desk rep then say well if you dont have the full balance you need to apply for a care credit card or call family and friends they gave our dog a shot without consent and then turn around and make you pay for it. We then have to come back 6 hours later for more treatment because like I stated they refused to work out a payment plan GREEDY so we had to leave with no medication they immediately take us back for us to then find out we either need to come up with an addition 1,800-2,000 to put our dog down they would not allow us to bring our dog home to provide comfort care due to his condition nor would they allow AGAIN TO MAKE A PAYMENT PLAN so the front desk rep says if you leave him here we will contact animal Control and theyll take out charged against you for leaving the dog here or you need to pay for what we have already done again we already said we wanted to go ahead and put our dog down they charged us another exam fee as well as oxygen and intubation then says weve already put him down so well just sent it to collections this place is PURE ******** we had our 9 and 7 years old sons with us this has been a traumatizing experience and we w dont even get to say goodbye!" ...
