    Sales appts. made but cancelled with less than 24 hours notice twice.Project Manager not responsive to questions on status of project. Often requiring multiple attempts before receiving a response. Often the response was that she will have to "look into it".Project Manager made inappropriate threats regarding final payment.I was responsible for arranging all services from the propane supplier.

    I paid nearly 20k to have them put in and maintain a generator in which they neglected to do. Now I am out all that money and cant be assured I will have power about every 4 weeks because my power is out every 3-4 weeks for 5-6 weeks at a time. I am also disabled.

    If I could give zero stars or even negative stars it wouldn't be enough to describe how awful their service is. We have left about 10 messages, received one return call and wasn't available to answer. I'm going to dispute the charge on my card to see if I can get the money back. DO NOT RENEW YOUR GENERATOR SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS.

    They have left a trench in my backyard since mid november. I cannot upgrade my gas meter until they fill it in. I was guarantees it would be done by today. Still a trench as of 5:40 pm.

    Absolutely appalling customer **********************. I was trying to reach their telephone support for three days in a row to no avail. Never in my life I have experienced such neglect. Phone lines are not answered and website does not take messages.

    I received a call from customer ********************** *** responding to my desperate messages. The whole office was out for several days due to Thanksgiving celebration. They could have made a special message on the phone stating just that. Thanks God I did not need their emergency response.

    Very, very, very difficult to get anyone to talk with. It took us over an hour two days ago to ask for help. ****** told us a tech would call us within 48 hours. No one called. Sat 2 hours in line on phone to follow up, they disconnected the call after 2 hours.

    Other than the price this experience has not been good. The estimating process was great. However, once accepted the coordination by the company was non-existent. if I wanted to understand what was going on I had to speak with the electrician, plumbers, or the city directly. Also, after the plumber completed their initial work the plumbing did not pass inspection. Without any discussion they came back and trenched the area without any notification of what their plans were. They destroyed the landscaping. I then became responsible for repairing all of that. If I could I would give zero stars to Canter Power Systems.

    After signing the contract (************* location) it was downhill from there. Project took 3 months to "complete" which was effectively about 3 days of actual on-site work. Project started approximately a month after signing the agreement. ****************** was inept. Initial electrician was very unprofessional. Took multiple visits to resolve issues and eventually pass electrical inspection after 3 attempts. Trenching for electrical and gas line install cut through several irrigation and control wires and somehow resulted in burning out my irrigation well pump costing $6k in repairs. The second electrician resolved electrical trench issues and in the process removed the gas line from the trench and left on the ground. Project manager claimed the project was complete and I received no response after requesting a manager contact me to discuss the situation as I now had an unburied gas line in my yard and a huge mess that they left all around the job site and repaired our landscaping. Two weeks after that I received a call from **** requesting final payment. ****, who I think is the local manager had no idea about what was going on with this disastrous project. After providing a narrative of the entire project details, receipts for related repairs and general dissatisfaction in overall experience they refused any consideration for repairs and instead forwarded me a highlighted copy of their contract terms and threatened a lien. That is not covered by providing verbal communication of knowledge of various irrigation and utility lines in the ground in the area of installation as I stated to the electrician when he arrived with a motorized trencher and started hacking away. This is clearly not the first time for Canter as they were quickly ready with that legal liability information. DO NOT USE them, they care about you as a customer zero, your property zero and resolving any damage they cause to your property zero. It was a true and COSTLY nightmare!

    BEWARE, they promised me this was a "turn-key" procedure and they would do everything plus have it installed in ***** days. It's been 45 days and NOTHING has happened. They took my money and I finally asked to cancel and refund but they won't reply. Time to call my Lawyer. ********** should be ashamed to have them represent them.
